Dougie Freedman warns that Nottingham Forest cannot expect an easy ride against struggling Blackpool tomorrow.
Lee Clark's side have won only four games all season, leaving them firmly rooted to the foot of the Championship table.
But those four games were all home successes on the challenging playing surface at Bloomfield Road.
And Freedman was there to witness the Tangerines' narrow 2-1 defeat at the hands of high flying Middlesbrough on Tuesday evening.
"I watched their game against Middlesbrough on Tuesday and it was a very, very tough game for them. Their manager said it was a tough game and a good win for them," he said.
"It will be a tough game, because they are fighting for their lives. Their crowd will get behind them.
"But we are taking 2,500 fans there so we need to concentrate on what we are doing. But they can give us an extra yard.
"We need to be professional, we need to have a plan and we need to let our talent come through after that."
As well as striker Britt Assombalonga, Andy Reid and Chris Cohen, Forest will also be without Kelvin Wilson and Michael Mancienne for the trip north.
"Everyone is fit, but we are still missing Kelvin Wilson, who will be back in training on Monday morning and Michael Mancienne, who will be back on Monday as well," said Freedman, who hopes Mancienne in particular will finally shake off a long standing ankle problem next week.
"Michael is fit and he is strong, but he is just feeling his ankle a little bit in certain movements.
"He will train on Monday morning. And, when the adrenaline is there; when you have a bit of competition on the training ground or when you get into the heat of a battle in a game, you can get over that kind of thing.
"I just know he will be back Monday and, if he is fit, he will have to challenge for a place in the side – and it is a difficult team to get into at the minute."
