Two men remain in hospital with "serious injuries" after a crash in Bulwell on Friday night.
The pair - aged 21 and 33 - had to be cut from their cars by firefighters following the collision at the junction of Cantrell Road and Highbury Road, Bulwell just before 11.15pm.
They were travelling in the Rover Streetwise hatchback, which was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Corsa.
Firefighters used specialist cutting equipment to free them from the wreckage before they were taken to Queen's Medical Centre by ambulance.
Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
A 27-year-old man travelling in the Vauxhall was also taken to hospital but has since been released.
A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue said: "We were called to a road traffic collision on Cantrell Road in Bulwell where two persons were trapped and taken to hospital by ambulance.
"Two crews from Stockhill Fire Station attended with a rapid response vehicle from Highfields Fire Station.
"Crews used Holmatro cutting equipment and a long board."
Police closed the junction for an hour after the crash while the cars were recovered.
