NOTTINGHAM Forest may make changes to their team as they face Huddersfield at the City Ground tonight, says deputy manager Ned Kelly.
Kelly admits it was a big decision to relegate skipper Danny Collins to the bench against Bolton on Saturday.
Kelly says Forest merely wanted to field what they felt was the best side to match-up to Bolton's strengths at the weekend – and added they will pick the team on the same basis tonight.
"Football is about decisions and about what you see," said Kelly.
"We saw Bolton play and picked a side accordingly, as we will do again when we will face a different set of problems and challenges.
"The team might be different against Huddersfield.
"Chris Cohen was a really good player for us the last time we were here, as were the other five or six who are still at the club. He did very well in the time that Gaffer and myself were here before.
"We knew Chris and, with rotating the back four slightly, he was an obvious choice (for captain).
"But, if Danny comes back in, and he gets the captain's armband, that is also great."
Kelly says the Forest back four will be integral to their success in the future – but also wants to see their side carve out plenty of opportunities at the other end.
"We want to be a clean sheet club. That is what we hope to achieve," he said.
"But we also want to be attack minded, we want to create a lot of chances – as we demonstrated on Saturday.
"There is good competition for places in many areas of the pitch. Hopefully we will get to know these players as quickly as possible.
"We arrived to find a very positive mood. Things change on and off the pitch quite often but, as a professional player, you concentrate on your game.
"Whether it is raining or sunny, you have to get on with things and the players have been very good."
