A RADI Majewski hat-trick was the inspiration as Nottingham Forest hammered Huddersfield 6-1 and helped Billy Davies claim his first win on his return as manager in emphatic fashion.
The little Pole struck three times in the space of 22 first half minutes, slotting home from close range to cancel out James Vaughan's opener for the visitors, before adding two spectacular long-range strikes to his tally.
With Elliott Ward also netting with a towering header before the break, it left the game virtually dead and buried by half-time.
And Forest's dominance was only emphasised after the break when Henri Lansbury made it 5-1 with a driving run and finish in the 55th minute.
Substitute Darius Henderson completed the visitors' misery in injury time when he powered home a header from an excellent Reid cross.
