A road had to be closed this morning after a car veered off the road when it hit mud.
Police closed Mapperley Plains in Arnold at the Catfoot Lane junction while the car was cleared from the roadside.
Two females inside the car were taken to the Queen's Medical Centre as a precaution but are not thought to be injured.
The accident happened at 7.15am and Notts Police said at 8.22am they were ready to reopen the road.
Elsewhere there is slow traffic in Rugby Road, West Bridgford at the Greythorn Drive junction because of a broken down vehicle.
And again on the A52 one lane is blocked and there is queuing traffic on A52 westbound in Stapleford between Bardhills Island and Nottingham, because of a broken down vehicle.
