QUEEN guitarist and rock legend Brian May made a surprise appearance in Nottingham last night as We Will Rock You: The Musical at the Capital FM Arena.
The show is a musical based on the songs of Queen and was written by Ben Elton.

The appearance surprised fans who had gone to see the show.
Andy Bacon tweeted: "Just watched opening night of We Will Rock You's world tour. Surprise to everyone Brian May turns up and rocks out!"
And Tracy Cunningham tweeted: "Omg omg omg brian may did a guest appearance at We Will Rock You."
