NOTTINGHAM has been named as one of the most congested cities in Europe.
The TomTom Congestion index has said that the city is 24th with Moscow topping the poll.
London came 14th and Leeds-Bradford came 18th in the list.
The worst time for traffic is Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings, with average delays of around 35 minutes per hour at peak times.
