A MAN was due in court today for destroying food, a Lottery booth and fridge freezer.
Martin Brown, 44, of Wickens Walk, St Ann's, is scheduled to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court this morning.
He allegedly committed criminal damage to the items in Londis shop, Fountaindale Court, St Ann's, on January 4.
He is further charges with two assaults on March 17; theft of wine, valued at £7.99, from Tesco Express, in Shakespeare Street, Nottingham, on March 14; using threatening behaviour toward a male in Nottingham on March 14 this year.
