A WOMAN was appearing in court today charged with stealing a succession of items - from chicken fillets and pork joints to nappies and coffee.
Colleen Shaw, 38, of Duncombe Close, St Ann's, is accused of nine theft charges and one of attempted theft.
She allegedly stole six packs of nappies, valued at £59.94 from Boots, Mansfield Road, Nottingham, on July 9 last year; five packs of nappies, worth £49.95 from the same branch of Boots, on October 10 last year; chicken fillets and pork joints, worth £74, from Co-op supermarket, Mansfield Road, on February 10 this year; theft from Co-op of lamb and chicken on February 14; three packs of nappies, valued at £29.97 and from Boots; one pack of nappies, worth £10, from Boots; two charges of stealing coffee from Aldi, Castle Retail Park, Nottingham, in March this year; theft from Asda, West Bridgford, of items worth £47.40; trying to steal £70 worth of meat from Co-op, Woodborough Road, Nottingham, on February19.
Her case was listed at Nottingham Magistrates' Court this morning.
