A MAN from Colwick has appeared in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Tony Lockyer, 46, of Colwick Manor Farm, elected to have his case heard at Nottingham Crown Court.
He is accused of causing the death by dangerous driving of James Hallam in Mile End Road, Colwick, on August 10 last year.
Magistrates in Nottingham sent his case to be heard at the crown court on April 30. He was granted unconditional bail yesterday.
