The body of a man found in the River Trent at Newark has been identified as missing man Donal Whelan.
Mr Whelan's body was discovered by a member of the public at Netham Lock on Wednesday, April 24.
The 49-year-old was reported missing on Monday, April 15.
He had last been seen leaving the Rutland Arms, in Barnby Gate, Newark, on Monday, April 8 April
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
