NOTTS County's facilities manager Ben Armstrong is to ride from London to Amsterdam to raise charity cash.
He will start the 155-mile ride on Friday, June 14 from Wembley Stadium.
He is hoping to raise £5,000 for the Football League's official charity partner Prostate Cancer UK.
Ben has been advised by club nutritionist Matthew Lawson on the right things he should be eating.
Mr Lawson said: "A nutrition and dietetic service at Notts County delivering tailored individual plans through one to one consultation as Ben has received in this way will support his aims to achieve the best possible results for the cycle ride."
Ben will cycle 98 miles on the first day, heading to Harwich before catching a ferry to mainland Europe.
He aims to arrive in the centre of Amsterdam by the evening of Saturday, June 15.
He will head back to the UK on the Eurostar the following day.
