ASPLEY Library is set to reopen tomorrow morning after two weeks of work to refurbish the building and grounds.
The library's doors will open at 9.30am fresh with its new carpets, re-decorated interior and tidied gardens.
While the library was closed, staff took the opportunity to upgrade computer software in a scheme to update public computers by Nottingham City Council.
Cllr Dave Trimble, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Culture at Nottingham City Council, said: "Aspley Library is a popular library and it's great to see it having a makeover to give it a fresh new look and offer new computers to citizens.
"We've listened to customer feedback about the look of the building inside and out and about the quality of computers. The library is back open for business and we hope customers like the new look and the improved IT."
The refurb of the library follows similar work at Bilborough and Hyson Green Libraries.
