FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in a semi-detached house into the early hours of this morning.
The alarm was raised in Wimbledon Road, Sherwood at 10.40pm yesterday.
Crews from Central, Stockhill and Arnold fire stations attended the blaze.
It was in the roof and first floor of the building. Smoke spread to adjoining houses.
There were no reports of people in the house at the time.
Crews left the scene at around 1.30am today.
