POLICE said concerns are growing after a young mum-to-be went missing from her home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
Marie Maxwell, 29, was last seen leaving her house at around 1.30pm on Tuesday.
Her disappearance is out of character and relatives and friends are becoming increasingly worried by her absence.
Searches have been conducted by officers in the local area throughout the evening.
Marie is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall and of medium build, although she is currently six months pregnant.
She has green eyes, black shoulder length hair, possibly worn in a pony tail, and was wearing a grey hooded top when she was last seen.
If anybody has seen Marie or has any information as to her whereabouts, they are asked to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 752 of 6 May.
