A quick 5km route in Ruddington - Parkrun is held here every Saturday morning at 9am. For those that are feeling more ambitious, there's a signposted 10km route here too.Attenborough Nature Reserve
A flat five mile run around the picturesque waters of Attenborough.Highfields Park
A quick 1.2 mile circuit around the University of Nottingham campus.Wollaton Lake
A 2.3 mile run around the grounds of Wollaton ParkWilford to Colwick loop
At nearly 10 miles, this is a bit of a long one taking you along the Trent, near the Watersports Centre, round the lake and back again.The Park loop
This two mile loop is rounded off with a big hill which will knock the air out of you. If you're feeling brave, why not do it twice?Forest Recreation Ground
Again, the site of a weekly Parkrun on Saturday mornings. A nice 5km run at the site of Goose FairAlong the Trent
A nice 4.7 mile route along the Trent, starting and finishing in West BridgfordVernon Park to Forest Rec loop
A hilly 10 mile run which takes you up to Southglade Park, down Mansfield Road to the Forest Rec and then back to BasfordWoodthorpe and Mapperley Top
A shade over 6km, this run starts near Woodthorpe Grange Park, takes you along Mansfield Road before heading up to Arnold and then there's the challenge of Gedling Road to deal with. Once that's done, a nice steady descent to back where you started.
