A MAN charged with causing death by dangerous driving is due in court today.
Samuel Craig Whyman, 23, is said to have been driving a Renault Clio when it was in collision with a minibus at the junction of Hamilton Road and the A617 Mansfield and Ashfield Regeneration Route.
The accident happened at about 12.30am on Monday, March 26. The driver of the minibus, Rafal Zaborowski, 25, died at the scene.
Whyman, of Sutton-in-Ashfield, was due at Mansfield Magistrates' Court today.
