The most expensive streets in Nottingham, Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe, according to the Zoopla Property Rich List, are:

2. Church Hill, Plumtree: £1,059,032
3. Church Lane, Widmerpool: £1,022,602
4. Croft Road, Edwalton: £1,015,319
5. Blidworth Waye, Papplewick: £966,540
6. Adams Hill, Derby Road: £926,776
7. Back Lane, Cropwell Butler: £840,020
8. Newstead Abbey Park, Ravenshead: £836,356
9. Haggnook Wood, Ravenshead: £835,643

And most expensive streets in Ashfield, Bassetlaw, and Newark and Sherwood according to Zoopla's Property Rich List:

Other streets in the top ten included Greaves Lane, Newark, at £636,791, Elmton, in Worksop, at £620,534, and Hockerton Road, Southwell, at £618,272.
The research showed the ten most expensive streets in Britain have seen property values grow 12.9 per cent in the last year, compared with a UK average of 6.6 per cent.
