SEAN O'Driscoll says he is enjoying having selection problems at Nottingham Forest.

But the Reds boss also admits he is yet to find the best way to utilise the multitude of talent assembled at the City Ground.

Jermaine Jenas, Guy Moussi, Adlene Guedioura and Radi Majewski all had to be satisfied with a place on the bench at Peterborough last weekend.

And Henri Lansbury was not even in the squad.

With Dexter Blackstock also still to return from suspension, O'Driscoll admits he faces a significant headache when it comes to choosing his squad.

"I have selection problems; it is a nice problem to have," he said. "But the added problem is that we have not found a fluid way to balance things; that gives us a strong defensive unit and a fluidity in attack.

"We have found that in patches, but it is almost a new team.

"If you bring in player after player you might have great individuals, but you might not have a great team.

"We have a good mix in the side and I am loath to do too much chopping and changing."
