A MAN has appeared at Nottingham Crown Court accused of murdering his father in a Notts village.
Garry Talbot, 39, was arrested on Sunday.
It came after his father, Charles Talbot, 64, died after suffering serious head injuries at their home in Headland Avenue, Elkesley, near Retford, at around 5.15am on the same day.
He died later at Bassetlaw and District General Hospital in Worksop.
The case was adjourned until April 5, 2013.
Garry Talbot was remanded in custody.
