NOTTINGHAM Trent University Renegades American Football team enjoyed a day to remember with the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.
Trent won a competition organised for the UKs University American football teams by the NFL.
The Jaguars were in the UK to play the Dallas Cowboys at Wembley on Sunday, a game they lost 31-17, as part of the International Series but took time out in the build-up with the Renegades.
To win this experience university teams had to amass the most tweets and re-tweets of their designated hash tag throughout October and, at the close of the competition, the Renegades had a total of 391,000 to claim the prize.
They first got to watch a Jaguars training session before getting to chat to the players (pictured) and exchanging signed shirts.
This was followed by a coaching session for the Renegades, delivered by NFL coaches.
Split in to their positional groups, the players were put through their paces and given the chance to showcase their skills.
The Renegades will look to put what they have learnt into practice this Sunday when they host the University of Warwick at the Clifton Campus at 1pm.
