Newark: Sigitas Silleris, 31, of Emmendingen Avenue, is charged with using or threatening violence toward others in Castle Gate on July 27. His case has been listed at Nottingham Crown Court on March 24. Silleris remains on bail.
Carlton: Justin Davis, 21, of Carlton Hill, denied two charges when he appeared before magistrates in Nottingham. Davis is accused of assaulting a woman and stealing her mobile phone in Carlton on November 16. His case has been listed for trial on February 12.
Clifton: Adam Wilson, 34, of Sunninghill Drive, was fined £250 for drink-driving in Linton Rise, Sneinton. Magistrates heard he was caught with 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on October 17. Wilson, who pleaded guilty, was ordered to pay £85 costs and was banned from driving for 14 months.
Newark: Justinas Vasiliauskas, 22, of Queens Road, has been bailed to attend Nottingham Crown Court on March 24. He is charged with using or threatening violence toward others in Castle Gate, Newark, on July 27.
Farndon: Billy Coss, 21, of Winchester Way, has been bailed after he was accused of assaulting a female in Newark on October 10. He entered a not guilty plea when he appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. His trial will be on March 3 at 2pm.
Mansfield: Lee Goody, 27, of Foston Close, pleaded guilty to theft when he appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. He stole a saw and tool set from a garage in Delamere Drive, Mansfield, on October 15. JPs sent him to prison for 12 weeks because the offence was so serious. He was sentenced without a pre-sentence report because he wanted to be dealt with.
Kimberley: The case against Dean Bull, 38, of Almond Close, has been discontinued. He was charged with assaulting a woman in Eastwood on May 28, and pleaded not guilty at Nottingham Magistrates' Court.
Beeston: Liam Peach, 22, of Templar Road, has been sent to prison for four weeks. Peach pleaded guilty to stealing £30 worth of meat from Coop, Beeston, on November 20. Magistrates in Nottingham ordered he pay an £80 victim surcharge.
