A BEESTON man has been charged with the theft of £2,000.
Michael Murphy, of The Flatts, is alleged to have stolen the money on August 12 last year.
He is accused of taking it from an address in Mapperley Street, Sherwood,
The 24-year-old's case will be listed for a preliminary hearing at Nottingham Crown Court on March 4.
He has been granted conditional bail.
