NOTTS County Council will meet this morning to discuss its half a billion pound budget for the next year.
As part of the budget, council tax is expected to be frozen for the fourth year in a row and an extra £16 million will be spent on adult social care and £3 million for children's social care.
However, the Labour opposition has been critical of the budget, pointing out there is a £132 million hole in the council finances over the next five years.
