COUNCILS across Notts are due to vote on budget proposals today.
Nottingham City Council will discuss its proposals, which include a £25m budget cut, at a meeting at Loxley House in the city today.
Ashfield District Council, which plans to reduce spending by £1.3m, will discuss its financial plan at 6pm during a cabinet meeting, followed by a full council meeting afterwards, at its offices in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
And Gedling Borough Council, who ratified its budget plans, which involve a £422,500 cut, at a cabinet meeting last month, will discuss the plans at a full council meeting in Arnold at 6.45pm today.
All meetings are open to the public.
