Sutton-In-Ashfield Sailing Club invites you and your family to come sailing for FREE at the club's annual Open Day on Sunday 28 April!
This fun-filled day at this family club at Kings Mill Reservoir runs from 10am and 4pm and is guaranteed to offer something for everyone, whether you are a complete novice or are looking to get back into the sport after a break away.
Get a first taste of sailing with one of the club's experienced members, enjoy getting to grips with one of the club's own boats or simply sample the social side of what life at Sutton-In-Ashfield SC can offer.
The doors are open to welcome everyone regardless of age, gender or experience. Just bring a change of clothes, soft-soled shoes and waterproofs and the club will supply everything else you need. Refreshments will be available.
Sutton-in-Ashfield SC is a recognised RYA Training Centre, meaning it conforms to the highest standards of quality and safety. If you already know you want to learn to sail this year, and can't wait to start participating in an amazing outdoor sport where real life really does get left on the shore, Sutton-in-Ashfield SC is a number of RYA learn to sail training courses this year with RYA Level 1 scheduled for May/June and RYA Level 2 is scheduled for September.
