FIREFIGHTERS rescued a 20-year-old woman from a flat fire today.
The blaze broke out at 12.31am in Northumbria Close in Worksop.
Crews from Worksop attended the scene and spent around 30 minutes extinguishing the blaze.
Elsewhere in the county firefighters from Newark Fire Station were called out after four skips of rubbish were set alight in Trent Lane, Newark.
The fire started at around 10pm on Friday May 3, and crews spent two hours making the scene safe.
There is not thought to have been any injuries.
