A MAN from Ravenshead is to appear at Nottingham Crown Court accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
Joseph Weston, 21, of Longdale Lane, Ravenshead, is alleged to have cause the death of 24-year-old Luke Winter after an accident.
Weston was in a Ford Fiesta on the A60 at Cuckney Hill, near Church Warsop, when the incident happened on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
Mr Winter, of Langwith Junction, was taken to Kings Mill Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He had been driving a black Citroen car.
Weston is on unconditional bail to appear in court on May 28 for a plea and case management hearing.
