Two people have been charged with murder after the body of Daniel Baker was found in South Normanton.
Mr Baker, 32, from Derby, was discovered collapsed in Mansfield Road by passers-by at 11.35pm on Friday.
He was taken to King's Mill Hospital but was certified dead on arrival.
A post-mortem revealed he died from a stab wound.
Leon Lockhart, 31, and Michaela Griffiths, 24, from South Normanton, were arrested on Sunday and charged last night.
They will appear before North East Derbyshire and Dales Magistrates Court today.
