Lenton: Ashley King, 28, of Spencer Street, Derby, was fined £200 for drink-driving. He was behind the wheel of a Renault Clio in Derby Road on July 5. Magistrates in Nottingham heard he pleaded guilty after tests revealed he had 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35. King was banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
Little Carlton: Jacob Andrews, 20, of Ollerton Road, is accused of driving without due care and attention on the A616, South Muskham, on December 30 last year. His case has been listed at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on August 27 at 2pm.
Boughton: Kenneth Spencer, 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman on July 28. Magistrates in Nottingham sent him to prison for 18 weeks. Spencer has previous convictions, the court heard. A restraining order was imposed not to contact the victim.
Bulwell: Bobby Lunt, 30, of Caldon Green, pleaded not guilty to shoplifting in Broxtowe. He allegedly stole meat, of an unknown value, from Tesco Express, Nuthall Road, on July 15; £130 worth of meat from the same Tesco Express on July 24; tins of tuna, valued at £28, from Iceland, Nuthall Road, on July 27. Lunt was bailed to attend his trial at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on October 24 at 2pm.
Clifton: Raymond Foster, 57, of Listerwell Crescent, pleaded guilty to a series of road traffic offences in the town. He was in charge of an uninsured Citroën Picasso in the Crusader pub car park when his alcohol level was over the limit on January 22. He was then driving the vehicle without a licence, JPs in Nottingham heard. Foster was fined £150 and banned from driving for six months. He was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £200.
Sneinton: Jan Tokar, 18, of Sneinton Boulevard, was found guilty of assaulting a woman on April 28. At Nottingham Magistrates' Court, he was fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £100. No compensation order was made as the victim gave evidence for the defence.
Newark: Shane Barthorpe, 26, of Hercules Drive, pleaded guilty to three charges when he appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. He caused criminal damage to a television and wooden door and assaulted a woman in July. He was granted conditional bail to attend court to be sentenced on August 20 at 2pm.
Bestwood: Lee Blount, 39, of Wyton Close, Leen Valley, denied assaulting a woman on July 10. He has been bailed before attending his trial on October 20 at 2pm.
Whitemoor: Michael Bullock, 28, of Tintern Drive, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a Nottinghamshire Police vehicle in Whitemoor and assaulting a woman in Nottingham city on July 19. He has been bailed to be sentenced at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on August 26 at 10am.
Newark: Alex Carter, 24, of Winston Court, pleaded not guilty to harassing a woman by contacting her 20 times by telephone in the town on July 21. Carter has been bailed to attend Nottingham Magistrates' Court on November 7.
