Nottingham court listings: Man denies possessing razor blade and a peg with a blade attached

Long Eaton: Victoria Scott, 42, of Keats Close, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a Kia Sportage car. She was driving in Hillfield Road, Stapleford, on October 10. Magistrates in Nottingham heard she had 225 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, over the limit of 80. Scott has been given a community order and an eight-week curfew, between 9pm and 7am, and electronic tagging. She has been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. A two-year driving ban was imposed.

Hucknall: Fabion Wilson, 37, of Brickyard Drive, has been bailed by magistrates in Nottingham. He pleaded guilty to two assaults in Snape Wood on August 24. His case has been listed for sentence on December 19.

City centre: Mohammed Ramzan, 60, of Wordsworth Avenue, Blyth, Northumberland, denies two charges. He allegedly had a razor blade and a peg with a blade attached at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on August 6. He has been bailed to attend the court on December 23.

Epperstone: Samuel Wright, 20, of Chapel Lane, was fined £275 after he was arrested for drink-driving. Magistrates in Nottingham heard Wright was behind the wheel of a Ford Transit van in Oxton Road, Southwell, when he had 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on October 30. Wright entered a guilty plea at court and was banned from the roads for 12 months. He was ordered to pay a £27 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Sneinton: Darren Xavier, 42, of Lindhurst Road, has been bailed to attend Nottingham Crown Court on January 22. He has been accused of assaulting a male and causing him actual bodily harm in Sneinton on October 19.

Newthorpe: Laura Gordon, 24, of Grey Street, has been bailed to attend Nottingham Magistrates' Court. Gordon will have a trial on April 2 next year, accused of assaulting a policeman in Goldsmith Street, Nottingham, on July 10. She pleaded not guilty on November 13.
