There are no major incidents on the roads this morning, but congestion is causing some holdups.
Traffic is slow on the A52 Brian Clough Way between Bramcote Island and the Queen's Medical Centre, as well as on the A453 at the Crusader Island.
Further afield, there are severe delays at the M1 travelling north caused by a broken down vehicle between junction 29 for Chesterfield and junction 28 for Alfreton.
Meanwhile, roadworks are continuing along the A453 as part of the widening project with a 40mph speed limit in place along the road from the Crusader Island to the M1 junction. Roadworks are also ongoing along Southchurch Drive as part of the tram extension.
Trains are all running to time.
