A DRINK driver has been banned from the roads for four years after he was three times the limit.
Anthony Ball, 34, of Petersgate Close, Long Eaton, had too much to drink to legally drive a Ford Mondeo on the A52 in West Bridgford on February 2 this year.
Magistrates in Nottingham heard he had 106 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35.
He entered a guilty plea to drink-driving and received the four-year driving disqualification.
A community order was also imposed, with a 16-week curfew, starting on February 28. He has to remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am.
A further requirement was imposed to attend appointents with the Probation Service for 12 months.
He has to pay a £60 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
