JAKE Bugg's single Two Fingers has been nominated for an Ivor Novello Award.
The song, in which he sings about growing up in Clifton, will fight it out for the Best Song Musically and Lyrically prize, with Emeli Sandé's Next To Me and Bat for Lashes' Laura.
The 58th Ivor Novello Awards take place on Thursday, May 16 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
The 19-year-old is currently on tour in the US, where his self-titled debut album has just been released. The album topped the UK charts in October.
Jake will be headlining the Splendour Festival in Wollaton Park this summer.
